How do I cancel or modify my order?
All orders placed on Vape702 are final.
Our system does not allow us to cancel orders once they have started processing.
Modifying an order that's been placed is not possible.
Missing Items?
Vape702 ships each brand in it's own package. Similar to Amazon, you will receive 1 package for every manufacturer you order from. Before reporting an item missing it's crucial to make sure the item isn't on it's way or in transit.
Wrong Nicotine / Size Purchased
While we understand mistakes happen Vape702 does not typically reimburse or compensate for customer errors. Before finishing your order please note that you have ordered the correct size, nicotine or options. Double check your order and items. The customer is responsible for providing us accurate shipping and billing information. If a mistake was made please contact us so we can make it right.

Q: How can I create an Account?
A: At the top right corner of the homepage, click the new account icon and submit your account request form. You will receive an account activation email within 24 - 48 hours, once the request has been approved.
Q: Is online ordering the only option?
A: If online ordering isn't for you, please call our office and you will be directed to your sales representative to assist you in placing your order.

Q: Can you price match?
A: Price matching is available through phone orders (some restrictions apply), online price matching is currently unavailable.
Q: Can i access my purchase history/invoice from the website?
A: Only online order history can be viewed through the website, all orders prior to that will not reflect through your online account. Your sales representative can send you any previous invoices upon request.
Q: Can i apply my existing credit through the website?
A: Unfortunately all existing credits on our system must be redeemed through a sale manually.

What is the difference between smoking and vaping?
Smoking involves paper burning, tar, tobacco, carbon monoxide and 400 plus harmful chemicals. Vaping only contains e-liquid composed of VG and PG which are used in everyday life.
How much less harmful is vaping than normal cigarettes?
Vaping is 90% to 95% less harmful than normal cigarettes. Vaping carries neither tar nor carbon monoxide which creates a healthy breathing environment.
What is the difference between nic salt and freebase?
Nicsalt contains benzoic acid which fulfils your immediate cravings mostly having the same PG VG ratio. Freebase has a high VG ratio and takes some time to fulfil your satisfaction.
What is the difference between POD and MOD?
Pod devices are used for nicsalt and produce more flavor. MOD devices are used for freebase and produce more clouds.
What is the difference between VG and PG?
Vegetable glycerine is responsible for creating clouds. Propylene glycol contains flavors and nicotine which is optional. An e-liquid is the combination of both VG and PG.
What is the life of a coil?
In the vaping world, life of a coil is unexpected. However, some safety tips such as taking intervals of 4 to 5 seconds in each puff increase the life of a coil.
Do vaping products require batteries?
Vape devices require batteries. mostly, MOD devices have external batteries which are needed to buy separately if above 50 w and few mod devices also come with removable batteries. Pod devices come with integrated batteries.
What is E-liquid made up of?
It is made up of propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine which are used in everyday life such as ice cream and foods. It also contains nicotine which is optional. Nicotine is an addictive substance and the legal age to consume nicotine is 21. Minorities are not allowed to utilize nicotine.
What is ohm?
OHM level is a way of measuring a level of electrical resistance. Regular level of ohm when it comes to vaping and your clearomizer is between 2.4 and 2.8. An increase in the resistance of the coil generates low watts thus resulting in small clouds. The decrease in resistance of the coil generates more watts resulting in more vapors.
Do e-cigarettes produce a smell?
Unlike regular smoking, an E-cigarette doesn’t produce an unwelcoming smell. The scent of an E-cigarette depends on the flavor used in the device.
Can vaping help you quit smoking?
Yes, vape devices are a better alternative when it comes to quitting smoking. The habit of smoking can be interchanged with vape products.
